From the largest solely Indonesian Island comes the popular Sumatra Mandheling style, named after one of the original Indonesian ethnic groups involved in coffee production within the region. The coffee is characterised by an overly large size and oblong shape. It's flavor is herbal and earthy, its body medium, and it is one of the lowest acidity coffees around. It is a great low acidity coffee alternative for those who's stomachs are senstive to coffee.
