Meaning "candy" in Italian, La Caramella is the perfect way to describe this espresso blend.
Extracted at a slightly lower temperature, La Caramella will deliver an extremely aromatic, sweet bouquet. This espresso blend has a moderate front palate acidity, caramel undertones, velvety crema and produces a clean finish which will have you enjoying one right after another.
Please note: this is an espresso blend, therefore the grind setting will be for espresso use (very fine grind).

Great, complex, expresso
Really nuanced coffee here, one could go into the usual host of similes and metaphors. The coffee is superb, nutty, definitely notes of caramel, a fantastic orchestra of flavors. Most importantly, it tastes fresh. Benfatto's coffee is always excellent and it is wonderful to have such a high quality supplier here in New Jersey.
