The Fausto espresso grinder is stepless and doserless grinder which allows to chose from an infinite number of grind settings. A unique feature of this grinder is that the bottom burr is the one being rotated during adjustments making it possible to keep the grind setting as-is when and if you need to open it up for cleaning purposes. The Rocket Fausto is easily programmable to grind for both single and doubles shots using the +/- symbol on the grinder. You can also manually grind by pressing the single and double button simultaneously.
